The reasoning
Why the free tier is not crippled
Most apps in this category meter the free tier by quality: you get the timer but not the good interruption, or the interruption but only for five minutes a day. The result is a free tier that nobody recommends to a friend, which loses the one thing free tiers are actually for.
So the line here is drawn by count instead. One feed, working properly, with the real cut-off, the real refill and the escalating wait, plus today’s numbers and the weekly receipt. If you have one problem app, you have the whole product for nothing. Pro is for people with three or four, and for Lights Out at bedtime and the ration on your home screen.
There is no lifetime option. A one-off payment for something that has to keep working against apps that change every few weeks is a promise we would rather not make badly.

What you are agreeing to
- The annual plan starts with 14 days free. Cancel inside those 14 days and you are not charged. The monthly plan has no free trial.
- Billing goes through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card and cannot charge it ourselves.
- Whether your subscription is active is checked by RevenueCat, which gets an anonymous app user id and the store’s record of the purchase, never your name, email or card.
- Cancelling is done in your store subscription settings, not by emailing us. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices shown are in pounds and include UK VAT. Your store may show a different local price.

Is there a free trial?
The annual plan includes 14 days free. The monthly plan does not. You can cancel inside those 14 days from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and you will not be charged.
How do I cancel?
Through the App Store or Google Play, the same way you cancel any subscription. We cannot cancel it for you and we never see your payment details.
