A limit you can wave away
You get stopped before you have opened anything, at the moment you have the least reason to stop and the most reason to tap through. Screen Time’s own sheet offers to ignore the limit for the rest of the day. Most gates in this category work the same way.
Mid-scroll
Stopped three minutes in
Skerrick lets you in and calls time three minutes later, while you are still holding the phone. On Android the cut-off lands over the app. On iPhone a notification says so. Either way it arrives at the moment you actually wanted to stop.
